• Experience in Access and Inclusion - recently conducting Access audits to help improve companies and festival accessibility to their events and shows.

• Management and coordination of large scale festivals fulfilling project outcomes and managing multiple priorities and deadlines, problem solve.

• Experience of delivering participatory activities and community engagement.

• Experience of coordinating Access requirements and embedding inclusion in creative projects.

• Excellent financial and administrative skills.

• 30 + years experience of working with artists and performers as Artists liaison and coordination of technical teams - person centred approach. 

• Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire, relate to people's multiple needs. 

• Committed to social justice and equal opportunities. 

• Experience of fundraising application, planning, and delivering activity and draw up and manage budgets.
